I filed July 9 and got my NOA2 August 8.

You need to mention that Phillipine petitions are processed a lot faster than everyone else's. No need to create false hope in someone.

sometimes I wish I would've sent my petition when I was unemployed back in May. At least I would have had 5 months of waiting down. I got a job in late August so I filed the first week of September. One month down, 4,5,6,7,8 or 9 more to go.

Hey guys. How many people who filed July 16 upwards have gotten your NOA2. I am getting worried since I haven't receive my Nao2 as yet. Thank you

U may want to consider correcting ur timeline information to get a better idea of ur adjudication date. Ur state is processed by the California Service Cenyer. (CSC). U were not transferred. All petitions are sent to the Texas lockbox which is different from the Texas Service Center.

I received NOA1 on 7/28. Haven't heard anything yet. Best of luck!

Very easy to say when you slip through in a month. Would you have felt the same if you were still waiting 6 months later?

The wait time stated by USCIS is 5 months, no matter what service center you're at expect that it could take at least that long. If you filed in July, you're expecting a 5 month period of December. Sometimes TSC will be faster, sometimes CSC. I've found it's not worth getting your hopes up being at once service center over another because they will fluctuate. Right now, CSC is faster but who knows - TSC may transfer more petitions to keep things fair and equal.
