Hi everyone ,I have a question about which form the joint sponsor should fill out for a k1 fiancé visa. Is it a I-134 or I-864? Also, should I take the sponsor's original tax return or just a copy?

Fill out I-134.

The I-864 is for adjustment of status (which is done after you get married).

Copies are fine.

Yeah, the I-134 is what you need for now, then when you do AOS the same sponsor or a different one could do the I-864. As for the tax return you can also use a tax transcript. Also you may want to find out what the policy is for your consulate because I've heard that some consulates don't accept joint sponsors for the K1 visa.

This does not constitute legal advice.
