Eventually after 4 weeks of job hunting, I was able to land a job offer. The position is of a staff accountant/finance analyst working for a Business Process Outsourcing firm. The company that I will be working for is a start up BPO which intends to bring back outsourcing jobs to American shores.

It is ironic that I got a job here since this is a company whose motto is to get jobs home and create opportunities for Americans mainly individuals with military background. Since my last relevant job was working for a BPO in India where I was dealing with American clients--this company thought my BPO pedigree and experience would help them.

If anybody is around the Hampton, Norfolk, Newport News area in Virginia they would be well advised to apply here as there are around 100 jobs available with this company at the present moment and around 600 jobs eventually.

Do you have your ACCA or CPA? Also, do you know if they are hiring for entry level accounting positions? Thanks.
