AFTER OUR MARRIAGE,ME AND MY WIFE ARE FILLING FORM I864 ALONG WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS AND WE HAVE THIS QUESTION TO ASK ABOUT JOINT SPONSOR. PLS KINDLY HELP US OUT BY RESPONDING TO OUR QUESTIONS.

MY WIFES INCOME IS VERY LOW. IF WE ARE USING 1 JOINT SPONSOR TO ADD TO MY WIFE (PETITIONER).

ARE WE FILING 2 I864 FORMS?(1)SIGNED BY MY WIFE(PT 1,1A TICKED OR ( 2) SIGNED BY OUR JOINT SPONSOR?( PT 1, 1D TICKED)?

OR

SHOULD WE USE ONLY ONE FORM? TICKING 1A AND 1E IN PART 1 RESPECTIVELY?

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM USING 2 JOINT SPONSORS AND MY WIFE(PETITIONER)? IM I STILL USING 1 FORM? BECAUSE I SAW PT 1, 1E HAVING,

I AM THE FIRST AND SECOND 2 JOINT SPONSORS BOX.

hi

each person has their i864. your wife files the i864 and marks I am the sponsor. if you have only one joint sponsor on his or her own i864 will mark I am the only joint sponsor. if you have 2 joint sponsors, both joint sponsors will mark I am 1 of 2 joint sponsors

now if the joint sponsor is using a spouse to add income, the spouse would fill out the i864A as household member
