question on being in USA while k-1 is completed

Hi Everyone,

We received our NOA2 a few days ago after 8 months! My fiancé is currently here in the states and I was wondering if it will be ok to finish and wait for this process to finish while he is here. His mailing address is to here in the states, so we will get all forms here, but would it it be ok for him to be here up until the medical exam and interview? Right now his ticket back to NZ is Nov 17, and he would like to stay here as long as possible before going back for the medical and interview.

As long as he's not over staying his visa, its no issue to continue to stay here until he's needed back in his own country.

No problem in him staying until he has to go back for the medical and interview, as long as he does not overstay.
