hello all

my fiance has a child i know i can bring him with her when she get approved but on the website its says all what i need to do is write the child name on the I-129 so my question is do i need to file a special form for her child and if there is any fee for the child or all included

I-129 = Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

I-129f = Petition for Alien Fiance(e)

I believe you are speaking about an alien fiancé(e)?

Yes, you do have to start the dependent child visa process (K-2) for the child by placing their name and associated information in the appropriate spots on the initial I-129f petition as per the official instructions. That is all that is necessary at this stage of the process. There will be much more documents/forms/fees necessary to complete the K-2 visa process later on at the consulate/embassy interview phase of the immigration process.
