How can this be? Do they open late? I sent to:

It is my understanding that all I-129f petitions should be mailed to the Dallas TX lockbox. Was there a reason you sent yours to Lewisville? From the lockbox, it will then be assigned to the appropriate service center.

Ah sorry, it was mailed from outside the US then? My mistake if that is the case and you sent to the right place!

And I'm not sure why they would not have been there to accept it if that is the case!?

I am sorry you had troubles getting it delivered. You should contact DHL immediately and ask especifically what happened. Call them and ask them to redeliver it.

I have contacted DHL and they are supposed to call me within 2 hours. I am in Dubai so it will be the local office.

But the OP updated in the thread that it was delivered on the same day's second attempt. Hope you get a positive update within the day.

I'm thinking that they may actually be attempting access in the wrong part of that site. Texas Instruments actually owns the building located there and is only using a portion of it while leasing what is not needed. Access to the TI portion of the site is controlled while other parts of the building are not. I would be willing to bet that the drivers are just looking at the address and automatically assume it's a TI delivery when it is not. The basic street address is the same, only the suite/building numbers are different.

Try to contact DHL coz that's what happened to my package. The status says " recipient refuse delivery" even if they really didn't attempt to deliver the package. And when I called and told them about it, they couldn't really answer why but told me that the expected delivery date that I knew was wrong. So confusing but what I did was, I kept on contacting them until I have my package delivered.

The package was delivered by DHL mid-afternoon with no explanation of what the issue was in the morning similar to what happened to sma1488 in the thread noted by sweet_cakes above. My only action was to email DHL customer service confirming the delivery address and asking they try again the same day. Since I'm in Dubai with the time difference I had to sleep on it to see the results.

Anyway I woke up to a text message saying delivery was made and signed for and received a POD by email. Nice way to wake up
