hi guys, EVERYBODY has got to register on this site, right? Not just the polish...lol sorry but i want to make sure. because if all of us have to, i have a question....

it says this:

You can always modify your existing profile by logging in using your user ID and password. If you have lost your password, please simply retrieve it by clicking Forgot Your Password? If you are a first time user, click New User? to create your profile"

well....i have applied for visas before, like tourist visa and two stundent visas some years ago, tho i dont remember if this was the way to do it then but i know i surely did that with my tourist visa that i received last year. so im sure i have an account on the website, BUT....i dont remember my login or my password or anything about it...i also cannot get my password on my email because well, i am sure i deleted the email....i got another e-mail address a little bit ago and i dont have any other ones anymore, so what do i do....

No, not all consulates use that site.

Why not just make a new account as a new user?

No, not all consulates use that site.

Why not just make a new account as a new user?

ohhh ok i thought it was a site for everybody...well i would but it tells me not to if i already have one...i dont want that to cause trouble...

It won't cause any trouble. Just click the link to register as a new user. If you have never used that site before, then you are new user. It makes no difference how many visas you applied for in the past.

Well I HAVE used that site before, a year ago, when i was registering for a tourist visa, so i did register and i did have an account on there that now i cant remeber the password or username of.

I still do not think it will matter. The DS-160 will ask about previous visas you applied for and you will answer about them there. Using a new account will not cause you trouble with your K-1.

Right, well, I thought it would be a good idea to ask them what to do in this case (just being extra careful due to past experiences) and i hope they reply shortly, maybe there is a way that they could look me up in the system and tell me my info so i can log in. But thank you!! You're always so helpful, so instead of asking this somewhere else and creating another thread, may i ask you if...i need to take two i134 forms for the interview or just one? im using a co-sponsor so she is going to fill one of these forms but does my fiance also need to fill his out?

You need an I-134 and supporting documentation from the USC petitioner and another I-134 and their supporting documentation from the co-sponsor. Also have the co-sponsor include proof of being a USC or LPR with a copy of their US birth certificate, naturalization, bio page from their US passport, or front and back copies of their green card.

does that mean i should attach tax returns to it too? tax returns when it comes to my fiance....he just started working in january 2013.

Only the most recent taxes are needed, so yes, his too to go along with his I-134.

A W-2 is a tax form. It shows exactly how much they earned in a given year. It is needed to file taxes in the US. They can provide a copy of their entire tax return with all forms, schedules, attachments, W-2s and/or 1099s, OR they can just download a free IRS tax transcript and not worry about if they have all the pages they need for a copy of the complete return. http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
