Howany photos altogether do each of us need?

One each for I-129f

One for beneficiary medical, two for interview and what else?

Could these photos be diffrent ones or does it have to be the exact same picture for all times?!

the petitioner only needs one for the g325 form. The beneficiary also needs this one, then they need one for their medical and 2 for the embassy thats it. No they do not need to be the same but they all need to be current and be no more than 6 months old as the embassy wants them to be current representations of yourself.

Great! I have recently taken photos but since we don't know when the interview will be I was a little worried they would be "old" , will just take new at that point then :)

Also when you apply for the visa (online) at the embassy they ask for a digital passport photo to be uploaded. No more than 600x600 pixels and also there is some data limit to it. The picture has to be of the beneficiary who will be going to the embassy for the interview

for this you can either scan a copy of one of the photos you already have or just use a webcam using the application on the embassy website and use a white background. there is a guide how to do this on the embassy website and the photo checker will tell you if the photo has been accepted or not.

Uploading a digital photo is optional. You will be fine even if you do not upload a digital image.

They would be taking your picture at the time of fingerprinting and that will be the picture that appears on your visa.

i'm sorry but that is just not right. For the ds-160 you have to upload a photo or take one yourself with your webcam. They do not take a photo for you.

It is definitely right.

I never said they would take a photo of you for the DS-160. All I said was uploading a photo on the DS-160 online form is optional. When you're filling the form you get to skip the step of uploading the picture.

I never uploaded my pic and I did just fine.

Please make sure you are sure of what you say because people really depend on the advice they get here. Thanks. Have a nice day.

Again your own personal experience doesn't mean its the same for everyone. every consulate is different. If you go online to fill out the ds-160 and select sweden as your consulate you will see its not optional as you say :).

The pictures have to be taken in less than 6months, if the time between you sent your I-129F in and the time you have your interview at the embassy is over 6months, you will need different pictures :)

So it's not gonna be easy.

It's going to be really hard;

we're gonna have to work at this everyday,

but I want to do that because I want you.

I want all of you, forever, everyday.

You and me.. everyday.
