Why is nvctaking so long or should I say how long does it takes dhs/ups to deliver from state to state. Goodness gracious! It took a while to get noa2, now again for case number. Received a text that my case was shipped August 21st. Well I guess I have to keep calling and praying. Cant wait for that joyful day to go and pick d love of my life..

No they havent received it yet. I been calling every single day

Mine was shipped on the 13th and received on the 21st. The problem is that people at nvc are rude.

I would wait 2 weeks after USCIS shipped your case to NVC to call.

Yes, NVC is in the US. Best time to call is 7-9am or 10pm-12mn, US time. I usually called them around 7:30am there and on hold for at least 30 mins.
