Hello,

Before anything, thank you very much for all your help guys :)

I applied for Citizenship at the end of May, my service center is Texas and my field office is Miami...

NOA May 30th.

Biometrics June 26th

Yellow letter July 10th

The yellow letter said to bring my ID and passport to the interview.

It's been over 2 months and my status is stuck at initial review, not even in line for interview :(

I have a friend of mine that filed at the same service center and field office 2 weeks before me and she's having her interview on September 4th.

I would like to know when can I request info from USCIS or can I request an infopass?

Is it time? Or should I keep waiting?

I read that you can request info from USCIS after 90 days, my question is 90 days from NOA? or biometrics? or yellow letter?

Thank you very much for all your help... I really appreciate it :)

I applied 70 days earlier, my GC was August 3rd

By the way, the yellow letter said just to bring and ID and passport it was not requesting any more evidence.... otherwise my status would have turned to RFE

Thank you for helping me, tomorrow I'll call let's see if I get any answers...

I did call USCIS and I was told to keep waiting that the average processing time of my field office is 5 months... until then I have to keep waiting before I can request more information... it's very frustrating.
