I came in usa on k1 visa we got married in april

We filed for AOS on 5/28 pack was received in 6/2

after that I did biometric on 7/7 since then haven't heard any think even I realise I didn't send tax ttrascript with my package

Now its been 84 days still no update for my EAD no RFE for tax trascription

Has any body experienced some thing like this fron NBC

And if I get RFE after 90 days than mean I have to wait an nother 90 days to get EAD

So its been more then 80 days stilll no RFE for tax transcript and no update for my case for I765

So is any body experience some thing like that

My other question is

If I get RFE after the 90 days is that mean I have to wait another 99 day

You meant you did not include tax transcripts in the package that you sent to USCIS?

If Yes, then I believe you will get RFE later for I-485.

Tax transcripts are not required for I-765. However, your I-765 application is pending more than 75 days from the date filling, you can submit e-request based on outside of processing time or approach processing time. Please dont tell the customer service that you request based on financial loss because they will ask you to send proof. Just tell them that I can submit e-request because my application is pending more than 75 days and this info mentions on USCIS processing time.

MSC is the National Benefits Center in Missouri. The online updates keep saying Nebraska, but the receipt numbers and mailings continue to be from the NBC like they have been. It could be a glitch in the system There is a thread on VJ about it.

Anyway, it takes about 60-90 days to receive EAD/AP after filing. If yours is at 80 days, then your EAD will probably be approved soon. If it goes past 90 days, then call and ask about a service request for being past normal processing times.

Thank you for the information KayDeeCee. Mine states Nebraska service center on it, but the numbers start with MSC so, at least now I know it's going through the National Benefits Center in Missouri. Thank you!
