Did my interview and it wasn't approved on spot because the officer was having trouble with locating my visa in the system

I had my immigration interview yesterday. The officer said that our interview went well and everything. But she couldn't approve the interview at the same time. When my wife asked her why she can't approve the case immediately the officer said that she could not find my visa in her system. she entered the student visa first which was stamped canceled without prejudice on it. (I realised what she was doing and pointed out to her that my student visa is expired and that was not the visa i entered the country on. I skipped in my passport and showed her where the B1/B2 visa was. But she said the system was not taking the number. I was thinking it may be because she tried so much with the other expired visa. Anyway in the evening I got an update that they approved the I-130. But I didn't have any updates on my I-485. Should I be worried

But all in all you guys think it will be ok. I'm kinda worried. I want this whole thing over and done with so that i can get stuff sorted out

Not enough facts presented to make that determination. It sounds like you want someone here to say it will all be fine, and that may well be the case, but none of us have any way of knowing one way or another.
