Finally, after exactly one year to the day since we filed the 129F, the CEAC went to ISSUED this am at 8:45 local embassy time.

I cant hardly believe it.

Those of you doing waivers, have hope. Its very difficult, but it works!

Thanks nice people.

The best thing I can say to answer the "why" to the waiver question is.....

Its a problem from the past that led to a bump in the immigration process and its past and gone......

Hope that makes sense. You can read about all the reasons for needing waivers elsewhere here and online. If you didn't need one, you dont need to think about it.

Yes, One YEAR.

However, with the way its going with TSC, I think others will wait a year also.

This exact minute we are waiting for the passport to get back to her in the mail....
