Having a child... Red flag?

My fiancé has a young child from before we met. He will not be brining her with him to the US as the mother would like the child to stay with her.

Is it necessary for me to list the child on the I-129f? And will this be a red flag since she is not my child?

It should not be a red flag, and if you intend to immigrate the child as well, you will both want to list them, and file for a K2 at the same time.

[2014-10-22] Notification of SSC in mail, will arrive "within 2 weeks"
[2014-10-27] SSC Arrived!

2015-04-30] Mailed AOS Package!
[2015-06-16] EAD Approved!
[2015-06-16] AP Approved!
[2015-06-23] EAD/AP Card Received!

[2015-10-02] AOS Approved (No Interview)!

[2015-10-07] Greencard Mailed

[2015-10-09] Approval Notice Recieved

[2015-10-09] Greencard Recieved!

Yes. List all the child/children of the Alien Fiance(e), regardless if the child/children is/are immigrating or not.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

####### i didnt know this. my son from my ex isnt on the i-129f i dont plan on immigrating him

* - 18th August 2014 - I-129f Sent

* - 21st August 2015 - Recived at CSC

* - 30th September - NOA 1 Received

* - 3rd November - NOA 2 Received

-- was never sent to NVC, got it re approved --

* - 9th January - NOA 2 approved

* - 13th January - Notice from CSC that it was sent this time to NVC

* - 21st January - Received at NVC

* - 22nd January - Case Number assisgned

* - 31st January - left NVC for London

* - 6th Feb - Arrived at Embassy

* - 10th Feb - Packet 3 Received and DS-160 Filled out.

* - 25th February - Medical :dancing:

* - 26th February - readiness form sent

* - 7th April - Interview - approved

* - 14th April - Visa in hand.

* - 17th April Tickets booked http://itsalmo.st/#timetofly
