Hey everyone,

Guess either today or tomorrow my lawyer is sending in our package and I've looked through this website to search for a created forum for those who are starting their journey and filed this month, but yet, I don't see one. Just want us to share our Journey just like everyone has. My twin sister is almost at the end of the Journey...she's waiting for her case to be shipped to NVC and now it's my turn.

Btw: I'm the beneficiary.

We just filed on August 11, 2014. I hope the approval happens soon, I can't find an exact timeline for how long this will take. I can't wait until I see my loved one again.

Welcome...Did you receive NOA1? Well the TSC average waiting time is 6 months now...My twin sis..got hers approved after 6 and a half months because TSC was having delays...

We just filed on August 11, 2014. I hope the approval happens soon, I can't find an exact timeline for how long this will take. I can't wait until I see my loved one again.

If you're in Oregon, your case is probably going to California, not TSC. Everyone sends their form to the TX lock box, which then moves it the appropriate service center.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

Welcome August Filers! let the waiting game begin .. enjoy the journey, it goes by fairly quickly, can't believe I filed two months ago, feels like yesterday! stay busy and try not to obsess each day, after all we will be with our loved ones for a lifetime in comparison to a few months of waiting :dance:

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

LMAO!!! Yes, Katiuska's case was pretty rocky itself..Her fiance Zach hired a lawyer and seeing all the other approvals before hers and all thos epeople get their case shipped before her made her worry too much! Lol! Today she just got her case shipped to NVC..Lol...But you have such a good memory and even remembered her name..lol..Thank you so much..She is right beside me saying Hii Texas!!Lol

Hopefully all of the transfers of April and May petitions from the TSC will help to speed up the approval process for you guys so you don't have to wait quite as long as the 6 month average currently listed. Good luck! :D
