I didn't complete my timeline because I'm gonna send the package early next week but we can already start using this topic to share our thoughts and stuff.

12/05/2013 - Arrived on J1 Status

03/28/2014 - Married <3

08/08/2014 - Sent i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765 to Chicago Lockbox (day 00)

08/11/2014 - USCIS received package. (day 03)

08/18/2014 - NOA Hard Copy for i-485, i-130, I-131 and i-765 (day 10)

08/22/2014 - Biometrics Appoiment Notice for 09/03/2014 (day 14)

09/03/2014 - Biometrics done (day 26)

11/06/2014 - i-485 changed to Testing and Interview (day 85)

11/10/2014 - EAD Approved (day 89)

11/10/2014 - Interview scheduled to 12/11/2014

11/18/2014 - EAD in hands

12/11/2014 - Interview - Basically approved on the spot. Received text messages saying card/document production 30 minutes later

08/28/14 (day 97) NOA2/Welcome to USA notice arrived in the mail

08/28/14 (day 97) email/txt notification Green Card has been mailed with tracking # -sent priority mail 2-Day

08/29/14 (day 98) GREEN CARD in hand delivered at 1:17pm . Yes it is green! :dance::D:dance::D:dance::D:dance:

09/20/16 (Day 50) 45 days after receiving NOA -1yr permit extension- I filed service request to inquire about Biometrics appointment letter

09/29/16 (Day 59) Biometrics appointment letter received dated 9/24/16

10/11/16 (Day 71) Biometrics completed. *Also, received on the mail response letter from previous service request filed with copy of Biometrics appointment letter.

11/11/17 (Day 466) Case Status changed to New Card Production

11/16/17 (Day 471) Case Status indicate  New Card being sent on the mail .:dance::dance::D:dance::dance::dance:

11/17/17 (Day 472) I-797  Notice of Removal of Condition being approved received in the mail.

11/20/17 (Day 475/15 months 18 days) New Lawful Permanent Resident arrived in the mail; card in hand at last! :dancing:

Good luck to everyone..Hopefully soon you will receve confirmation of check being cashed, an Alien Registration # changed, the NOA1....and then, after a longgg wait..the NOA2...after NVC *getting the case # a.k.a MNL# and finally the interview stage..

07.16.14 (Day 8) NOA1 received and Rejection notices for I-765, I-130 and I-485 due to address error

07.17.14 (Day 9) Re-sent package via Fedex 2-day priority with correct address

Bad news: I just realized on another thread we made a mistake on the form I-130 http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/510823-on-i-130-form-question-15-about-employer/?p=7196401

Would something like that cause the petition to be denied, or do you guys think will I just get an RFE? Such a simple thing. I looked everything over so many times!

It wont get denied because of that but it might get rejected. You will then have to re-send everything (corrected) once you get it back.

AOS Approved in 109 days (5 days after interview). GC in hand in 117 days.
