I don't see a thread for August filers for I-130, so here it is.

Lawyer submitted the forms Friday and they should arrive to the Phoenix Lockbox today... Fingers crossed for a quick processing and good luck to all!

Hi all! We received good news today from our lawyer. Our NOA1 has a priority date of Aug 4. Our petition was sent to Nebraska Service Center. Will keep you guys updated on my timeline.

Just for reference. We got our NOA2 from Nebraska after 182 days or 6 months and 1 week.

I hope everyone here gets theirs sooner and not later than the 182 days we waited. We were NOT transferred to another center and we did NOT receive any RFEs.

Just for reference. We got our NOA2 from Nebraska after 182 days or 6 months and 1 week.

I´m a newbie and sent filed August 7th! Got a response in my email yesterday that our case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing!!! yay! :)

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)
