Sending IV documents before invoice

Has anyone sent in the civil documents before payment was available with the AOS cover sheet. I was advised to do this over the phone by a NVC rep and am wondering if anyone has had or followed this counsel. Please reply if you followed this counsel.. not just opinions please

Hello, I spoke to an operator at the NVC last night about this issue and she advised me not to send my IV package until invoiced and paid and do not send it with the AOS coversheet and bar code. She said if I did there was a good chance the paper work would go to the wrong department and that would hold up the process.

Hi everybody good day to all, it seems that NVC is misleading alot of us just to slow us down on our progress so if you want the true answers just post on here to be on the safe side cuz we're all going thru this one step at a time so good luck on your journey
