08-12-2015: Received generic response stating that due to workload factors USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case."

Do you happen to know the link for the Phil. specific info? Ugh, I wasn't prepared and have forgotten everything I've read about what to do next...hahah I will have to read everything again!

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

i think most here would agree in the general petitions they are not expedited anymore just like yolanda from philippines are not. in few cases, very few, they will still expedite..

us for example, got an expedited interview.

i think most here would agree in the general petitions they are not expedited anymore just like yolanda from philippines are not. in few cases, very few, they will still expedite..

us for example, got an expedited interview.

I don't think that's true - lots of Phillipine petitions have been approved really quickly (well, 2-3 months) over the last few weeks.
