Do you file two I-751, one for each person?

You file form I-751 together with your spouse. You would include your info in parts 1 and 2. In part 3 you would include the info of your spouse. In part 4. you would include any children you have and whether or not they are applying for ROC.

I'm not sure why they told you one form for each. But it's one form for the both of you together.

Yes, whatever evidence is required as part of the petition has to be submitted together.

You always have to pay for biometrics, unless you are exempt (certain forms). In this case you aren't exempt. You also have to have biometrics every time you file certain petitions, even if you had it done before. So for this form the total fee would be $590.

Is there a form that has to be filled out for the biometrics, or do they just take the fee and do whatever they need to do? Also, how did you pay the fees? Is it ok to pay by check, or money order? Who is the check made out to? Sorry for all the questions, i am just about to submit everything soon
