i only need to know how long your administrative process last..... is been 4 months now and my is still on administrative process.... my visa a re-approved one.

I've never seen a re-approved one before. What was the reason for the denial in February? Did they keep your passport in April?

No the return my passport back to me and told me they will send my file back to USCIS...so i wrote to uscis and 2 months time they approve another visa.......that's what am waiting for because the last update was June 19 and nothing has come again. is still showing administrative process...am kind of distress.....They did not tell me why am being dined....i asked for so many times but she only said she can't give me a visa......

there is only a few reasons why you would be denied and they should have gave you a paper stating it while returning your documents to you. For your case to be in administrative process is not a denial per se but they need more information to process your visa. This does take up to 6mos or more depending on multiple things such as a case back up.

well i think i have to wait then.....it has been updated this 6th August but the status of administrative process still remain the same...... have you got your visa yet or attend interview ?

Thank you!! I hope I'm finally out of this AP..ceac status say READY.. 7 weeks of AP, but the entire process lasted 2 years and 6 months...Sooooo long time away my hubby...

I am in Administrative Processing for 1 year 7 months! and there is no sign of it coming to an end anytime soon.....
