The USC must contact the USCIS and inquire what is going on. Generally speaking no news means a denial of expedite.

I remember this case, your Husband posted quite a bit a few months ago. May be longer, time passes.

At the time people said that you needed to return asap to get treatment.

Worried about your expidite request denied? Or worried about your medical condition and health?

To answer your question...as far as I have been a member, and you are not related to the other posts about a wife with ovarian cancer that will not leave without her husband/visa approval.......your particulars are the only one of its kind.

I continue to wish you good thoughts.

you shoud use a telephone, call into USCIS call center, ask for an ISO, and ask about the expedite request status.

usually, there's some doc intake via email or fax, asking for evidence for the expedite request, but you not write of that. So

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I can not remember all the details of her Husbands posts but think they did get confirmation that it would be expedited.

Why are you still in Morocco.

Why have you not gone back yo the US for treatment?
