If anyone help me regarding about filling K-1Visa. I've gathered just about every requirement that is needed for filling K-1 visa except the Fiance Letter of Intent. I am doing/filling it on my own. Is it ok to send the K-1 form now even without the "Fiance Letter of Inetent?" I still need to make one for my fiance, have it sent to her so she could signed it and doing this will take about at least a month. Is it ok to send the K-1 form now so that it can be processed and will I send the "Fiance Letter of Intent" when it's completed?

You would most likely get an RFE, which may hold your petition up even longer as the letter of intent is on the checklist for the K1 petition packet. Is there anyway she could type/write one herself, sign it, and mail it to you. That would save some time.

Welcome to the forum.

No, it is better to wait and submit a complete petition package. If it is incomplete, you may get a denial or a RFE for the Letter of Intent, prolonging the waiting period. Read the Form I-129F instructions, page 8, Initial Processing, for details:

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Good luck on your visa journey.

Write up the form, email it to her so she can print it out and sign it. Wire her funds to send it back express mail and you should have it in about a week. I had to do this with my fiancée in Singapore.

Agreed with LionessDeon and A&B's advice. It may take weeks or months in RFE delay if you submit an incomplete I-129f package. You can simply email her a drafted "Letter of intent to Marry" which she can then print and sign. It only takes 4days - 1week for a mail to arrive from Philippines.

NO ... Don't panic. Both are accepted. We followed the I-129f instructions and signed everything in black ink.

No, relax, not necessarily. It is just easier to tell if it is an original or a copy. However, with today's color laser printers, even the use of different colored inks is not necessarily foolproof. -_-

I emailed her the letter of intent, G-325A and declaration of how we met. She printed all of those out, signed them in black ink, added a passport photo to the packet and mailed it to me from Europe with a registered mail. It took 9 days. Cant imagine that yours would take that much longer.

I suspects its not the amount of time to write it, but the additional delay it will take for the letter to arrive with the Petitioner from the Beneficiary.

My fiancée mailed her documents to me by FedEx and I received it in 3 days. Just email a copy of the letter of intent to your fiancée, have her print it out and sign it, and mail it back to you.

Is USCIS really that particular about an original versus copy/scan? I submitted the original signed G-325A but a copy of the letter of intent from my fiancee.
