Hi everyone,

I'm Joe, a moroccan citizen living in Madrid (Spain), I'm married with a great woman who's pregnant of my baby right now. We've met each other in 2006, started dating in 2010, have been living together for 4 years and married for 2 years and 2 months. She had to fly to the US last month to have the baby there. We sent our I-130 before knowing that she was pregnant so know we are a bit stressed, angry, etc. knowing that I'll not be there to see my child born or with them the first months.

Whatever...I'm still waiting for the NOA2. We sent our I-130 from Madrid in January, they received it February 6th and sent the NOA1 in February 7th from Nebraska Service Center. We also sent in March the I-129F, received 04/07 and NOA1 04/14.

I hope we all get approved soon

Cheers

Joe.

Hi JoeDo welcome to VJ! Since you have been married for 2 years I don't think you needed to file the I-129F (this is a Fiance/e application for the unmarried)! Your I-130 will be approved instead! Good luck with everything especially the little one on the way. Come back if you have any questions :)

Thank you KASH2011

The truth is that we sent the I-129F in case processing times for I-130 continued to be for almost a year as they were. I-129F can also be filed for Spouses (K3 Visa).

Cheers
