I don't want to ruin your good intentions but ... We did this before and just had 140 signatures and that petition need at least 150 signature in order to be publicly searchable on WhiteHouse.gov ...it's so unreal we never going to have 100,000 signatures

I will sign this, but as the previous poster said they had tried this before and nothing happened. I think it's beyond outrageous to even need 100k signatures before it's noticed. I haven't even seen a petition yet on that site for any issue that has reached that many.

I really support any effort to speed up TSC, because I am going crazy checking day after day and seeing no movement forward.

But why do an internet petition? To me, they practically scream, "I don't care enough about this issue to sit down and actually write a letter or a check."

Didn't someone at first just suggest writing letters, individually?

I have written both my senators, congressmen and the media, both senators and congressman sent me back just a general statement of stuff I already knew and it was like they didn't even read my letter, and the news media never responded to me.

great idea to let major tv stations know of processing delays.

remember its not just a K1 visa delay but ir1/cr1 visas too.

not sure other visa categories are affected, I have not been following them.

Guys, the white house is busy giving amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants right now. I highly doubt they care to help the legal immigrants at this point.

You need to contact congressmen, senators and media for the highest chance. Need to put energy into the right direction, where results are most possible.

I agree, and 100,000 signatures only means they "Look" at your petition matter, it does not guarantee any action. I've seen petitions for other matters gain sufficient signatures, only to be looked at and rejected by the WH. I hate to say it, but you're wasting your time contacting the WH.
