You're a little short: $19,662 is the limit for 2 people (you and your fiance). I don't know if your consulate will let you use assets to make up the difference or not. If they do, you'll need 5X the difference, according to the I-864 instructions. The I-134 doesn't have clear instructions about that.

If Nigeria allows joint sponsors (I think some consulates don't) then getting one would be a safe bet.

Looks like you'll need little bit more extra income source or a joint sponsor.

Consider another part time job or overtime to boost the income.

Also keep in mind that it has to be documented income

so cash jobs won't help much.

Answer no you do not make enough. You will either need a co-sponsor a better paying job or a second job to make that guideline.
