Nope. Your request can be expedited, but that doesn't mean it's approved. It means it's no longer at the bottom of the basket...hopefully it's somewhere near the top.

You're getting there. Just a little longer.

If you don't receive an update by Friday then call. Maybe they sent it too but didn't update your case? Don't rely on the online status

If we get our EAD , can we use that EAD to apply for a SSN? or should we wait for a green card?

July 18 2014 received mail according to USPS

July 24 2014 - email notification package received signed J chyba .. ;)

July 30 2014 - Received NOA's by mail

August 11 2014 - Received I-797C (Biometric appointment scheduled for August 22, 2014)

August 12 2014 - Walk-in Biometrics successful (Orlando Office)

August 14 2014 - Requested USCIS hotline to expedite EAD

August 18 2014 - Received email from USCIS to submit pertinent document to support expedite EAD

August 20 2014 - Submitted "Job offer letter" via fax

August 25 2014 - I-765 EAD moved to "Production Status " and will be mailed within 30 days

September 5, 2014 - Advance Parole and EAD combo card received in mail

April 07 , 2015 - USCIS Interview date

April 08,2015 - Received emai " Card production , green card on the way " - I-130 approved .;)

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed
