You need to read the instructions.

On your selection letter is a link to the dvselectee site on the DoS website. You need to ensure you read through all these pages properly. They describe what documents you need, if there any specific issues for these for your country, how to proceed with the application and so on. If you have any questions about any of the steps on there by all means come back and ask, but I doubt anyone is going to sit here writing out stuff that there is all waiting for you to click through and read it, AND will be more complete and correct than anyone will post here.
