So today I made a new expedite request because 2tier level said i should continue waiting for an answer but, come on. I can't.

I just wondering in how long an expedite request it should be answer with an approval or denied?.

They said they answer me with "my case when to an adjudicator" but that was on may 23.

So -- your case was went to an adjudicator who was probably reviewing it to approve it, and you have now filed another expedite request that will require it to be removed from the processing to see if the expedite could be approved? Sounds to me like you've lost ground and have set you case back by not listening to the advice to wait for the answer. Hope I'm wrong.....
