Hey you guys,

I have a friend that's also doing the K-1 Visa. He is the petitioner and his fiancee is from Mexico. They are beyond the 5 month Mark at TSC and they are still waiting for their NOA2...He just found out that his fiancee is pregnant :)( if they are beyond the 5 month mark then you can guess her due place will be in U.S soil... :) But he can only support 2 people and not 3!

What should he do? Should he file for a Joint sponsor? Should he report this to USCIS ? He has alawyer but he's not helping them at all to seek answers.

Since he does not make enough for a household of 3, he will need a Joint Sponsor.

His fiancee will have the baby by the time her adjustment of status is adjudicated (after she enters on the K-1 visa, marries, and file to adjust).

There is nothing to report until the baby is born.
