My question is if your on social security disability is this accepted? If so how do I proceed with showing proof of income and filing my paperwork for the affidavit?

Yes, t is income. You can get a benefits letter from the SSA and provide your SSA 1099 to prove how much you receive. You can also show a few months of bank statements that will prove how much you receive from direct deposit each month.
