Texas Current Processing Date

G'day everyone.

Has anyone had any success in the past few days in contacting USCIS and getting information on what date for the I-130 (US citizen petitioning for spouse) is currently being processed at the Texas Service Centre?

Officially their website states September 8 2013 as of Feb 28 2014, however, we are now reaching the end of April so one would assume it has moved forward from this date.

Cheers.

From many experiences throughout people on this thread, customer service reps will only tell you the processing times you see, that's all they have access to. They've been posting two months behind, and I suspect its to cover themselves from all the various phone calls/service requests, if they were at the "current month".You're lucky if you get a Tier 2 officer who will actually tell you what the processing times are. Processing times on the websites are a bunch of made up numbers really, as there's loads of people from April-June still waiting for an approval..! If you're way out of processing times, you can try to do a service request. Me and my wife found those pointless and we just kept e-mailing various people of them until they got our petition approved almost to 10 months of processing time.
