Yes I have an approved I-360 which I received back in April. You are so right, this is just so stressful. I am not working right now and I hate relying on people for help. I truly hope we hear something soon.

I called the hotline the 1st time they said 21 days the 2nd time they said 30 the 3rd time 60 and the 4th time they said 90 days so im a bit confused because everyone i spoke to had a different timeframe for i912 response

I applied for my I-485 after my I-360 was approved. I went through catholic charities and the lady that was helping me told me that filing the I-912 would only delay the process with a couple if days. I still think you should at least have gotten an NOA for I-485 and I-765 since you sent your stuff before me. The crazy part is I wouldn't have known about my NOA's if I didn't call yesterday. The guy I spoke with gave me my receipt#'s and I checked online to see what it said. I called the catholic charities and they told me that they received the letters on Monday. I still have not received mine in the mail.

Do you know what center is processing your stuff? Mine is Vermont. I read somewhere that sometimes the center can factor in your response or the officer assigned to your case. hopefully your officer ain't playing around instead of working.

So I received my biometrics notice yesterday and they have me schedule to go on the 26th. I went in as a walk-in today because I had a couple of questions and by Gods grace they ended up doing my fingerprints today instead. Have you heard anything yet?
