Hello guys! I just want to hear your opinion about this topic..

What if the mothers name in the beneficiaries birth certificate is in her mothers Married name not her mothers maiden name (e.g mothers maiden name: Joy Bernil Santos, mothers married name: Joy Santos Cruz) what do you think guys? Would be nice to hear your ideas..

It it's an official NSO issued birth certificate, then not a problem.

Sorry I forgot to say is it a big problem if ever the owner of the birth certificate will apply for a visa at NVC with that kind of birth certificate?
