Letter of Intent Address

Hello

On my fiance's Letter of Intent do I include the US filling address like I do on mine or do I put the US Embassy in his country? This is for my I-129F packet. On the example for on this site it says to use the Embassy address when submitting for an interview but I want to be super sure. Also do we need an additonal Letter of Intent for our interview in Havana?

Use the filing address for both the petitioner and beneficiary. You do not need to submit an additional letter of intent at the time of the interview.

Put the address you send the I-129F petition to, OR put no addresses at all. They are not a requirement.
