Well we finally made it. Flew from Santiago to Miami. The K-1 processing took less than an hour. No questons, no problems. So we have a 5 hour wait for our next flight. Hope everyone else has the same experience. By the way, they stapled a hard copy of the I-94 to Orlando's passport. Good to go.

Day 1    11-20-2017  NOA1 for N-400

Day 4    11-24-2017  NOA1 hardcopy arrived in the mail

Day 25  12-15-2017  Biometrics Appointment at Ft Smith, AR ASC

Day 104 03-02-2018 Notified Interview Letter Sent.

Day 151 04-18-2018 Interview at Fort Smith, AR 

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

 

Day 1,370 - JOURNEY from K1 Visa to Oath of Citizenship is now COMPLETE!

Congrats! Were you able to go with her or did you have to go through the other line?

Our POA most likely will be MIA (its a huge maze, was just there Monday), was wondering if I would we would be able to go through the same line together.

Felicidades!! Glad to see a positive Miami POE report.. Please make sure to post the POE Review.. I have been thinking to pay double and fly Delta JUST to avoid POE of Miami due to crappy reviews! and Hours and Hours of waiting reported! :protest:

The Beneficiary/Fiance can go through the Citizens/LPR's line with the USC... No problem.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

July 8, 2013 ~ RFE Hardcopy Rec'd (Requesting Signed/Original "Intent to Marry within 90 days of Arrival" letter from both parties.)
