File for my siblings or wait until my parents become permanent citizens?

Hello,

I am a 29 year naturalized US citizen. I just filed form I-130 for both my parents back in March. Now I am not sure how to go about the process of filing for my brother and sister as well. Should I file for them, or wait until my parents become permanent citizens and wait for them to file for their kids? Which process will take longer? My brother will be 18 years old in May and my sister is 22 already. They are both not married.
