NVC send me packet 4 by email but i am l'il confuse abt Bcoz they didnt send any form for médical examination???do wé Need thé form or just take thé interview apointment letter.

you don't need any kind a form....which city u from? jus go ot us consulate website and check approved list of doctors by us consulate...den take the number and ring to that doctor they will tell u what u need ...

My fiance has an appointment at Wilcare in Lahore for his medical tomorrow. They told him to just bring his passport, the appointment letter and any medical records he may have.
