January + February NOA2 TSC?

Hi!

These past few days I have heard countless of times that people have had their NOA2 from TSC (Even though, It was in CSC)

Now, If you have had your NOA2 and your case was in TSC and your case wasn't expedite then I would like to know, Just a simple "Yes" would be fine, just so that most people from March/April can know how many has had theirs

ALSO! When will the TSC be "Normal" again? or is it forever messed up?

When did you receive NOA??? We were at the Texas Service Center and received NOA1 at 10/31 and NOA2 3/28 (exactly 5 months later), so expect to wait 5 months at the Texas Service Center!!

This is normal for TSC. CSC is abnormal. Last year it was 6-9 months for NOA2 without expedite.
