Post your successful expedite requests with as many details as you feel like sharing.

I am curious also about whether just the I-129F gets expedited or the whole process including getting the interview date, etc.

Just the I-129F gets expedited. I wish the rest of the process was too. The rest of the process is quicker than the approval of the I-129F initial and second level approvals.

For us - whole process was expedited. It wasn't clear in our case whether it was for medical reasons or USCIS error.

Our new I-130 was approved in a day, sent directly to the embassy and ready to process immediately.

Mind you, our situation was unique.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

j....did you apply for expedite? if so, have you heard anything yet?

I applied Wednesday and have not yet heard anything. Your situation seems easier because there were children involved. It's easier to make the argument that they will be affected.

I will let you know...

j..I wish you success with it. FYI>>>I know of anohter couple that reached out to me, without children, that did get approved. Yes, children might help, but if you provided a good argument for yourself, I feel you will do just fine!

J...what did you tell them when you filed for your expedite? I sent a letter to my senator asking for you based on what Brian stated earlier. While we do not have kids I stated similar things to them. I have not heard anything yet. I thought maybe going through my senator route it may be better.

FYI, I was told: "The status of this service request is: Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days."

hello! I would just like to ask for scenarios where a case can be expedited. I have seen some who received their NOA2 in less than 15 days. How was it expedited?
