hello im from Algeria and i have a bachelor degree (Baccalaureate+4years in university) if i want to study in the usa what is the equivalents is it the same level or a lower level

You should likely check with the foreign admissions office at the college you are planning to attend for more information. Each school likely has differing instructions/requirements.

I would recommend the same thing. Some classes may transfer and others may not, this is typically how it works. You can always give yourself a jumpstart as well if you're thinking of advanced education by taking the TOEFEL and the GRE. Universities will see your degree differently with good test scores for these exams in the mix and this may prevent you from redoing any undergraduate coursework.
