Which Address? N-400

Hey guys

I'm mailing my package tomorrow, but I'm not 100% sure where to mail it to. On the USCIS website it gives me two options, but I'm not 100% sure which one would be best. To be honest I don't even know what the difference is between the two. I want to mail it through USPS overnight and with delivery confirmation. Any advice? thanks.

If you reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, send your application to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility at the following address:

For Express Mail or courier deliveries, use the following address:

As long as you use USPS you can use the PO Box. The other address is for couriers like UPS or FEDEX because they don't deliver to PO Boxes. I am sending mine through USPS Priority Mail (Nebraska) and doing the PO Box address. Goodluck

I had the same question. Can you ask for delivery confirmation if sending to POB?

Delivery confirmation is not the same as signature required. You can send it to the PO Box.
