No, your K1 NOA2 is now pretty useless, keep it for AoS as you are supposed to send it in but it will almost certainly expire during the process.

The NOA2 notice of approval of your I-129F is only needed to show proof that your petition was approved, as an eligibility requirement for the I-485. The expiration date of the I-129F petition is a moot point now as you already had the K-1 visa interview, were approved, married and now filing for AOS.
