Divorce and conditional green card

Hello my friends,

I have been married for more than 2 years and this May is the time when I need to apply for Remove Conditions-my Green card.

We have been living together and sharing everything.

Suddenly my husband asked for a divorce ...out of the blue-he said he does not want to be married anymore.

We haven't filled the divorce papers yet so I was wondering what to do.

I will file the I-751 Petition and send it in May but what should I do with the divorce situation.
We are getting the divorce in April.

Thank you for your help.

Neri
