Congrats! Im wondering why its taking so long to get my waybill number this is the 2nd day after it said issued on CEAC...im gettin worried. I need his passport by friday the 7th because my return ticket is for the 8th & i want him to come with me...

RFE - May 06, 2014

RFE Hard Copy Received - May 12, 2014 (2 passport size photo for the petitioner)

RFE Sent - May 15, 2014

NOA 2 - May 29, 2014

National Visa Center

NVC Received - 18/06/2014

Fill out DS - 261 Form & submit - 08/07/2014

Pay AOS Fee - 25/07/2014

Send AOS Package - 02/08/2014

NVC Receive AOS Package - 04/08/2014

Receive IV Bill - 28/08/2014

Send IV Package - 28/08/2014

Pay IV Bill - 30/08/2014

Case Complete - October 21, 2014

Interview Date - December 05, 2014 rescheduled from December 29, 2014

Interview Result - Approved

Thank you! I am sure your husband's passport and visa will be available way before then. Possibly by this Friday or beginning of next week.

Hearing that sounds calming...thank u. So we dont have to cheack CEAC website anymore right? Even though i keep checking it and usvisa constantly.

Congratulations!!!!

This week is moving in the right direction.

I got my Noa2 finally after applying in May.

Case was transferd to NBC in december .

Approved yesterday!!!

I-130:

03-16-2013: Marriage JAMAICA

05-31-2013: I-130 Noa1

02-25-2014: NOA2

NVC

03-10-2014: Case # and IIN assigned (both cases hubby and step daughter)

04-14-2014: DS261and AOS available

04-15-2014: AoS fee paid

04-21-2014: IV fee paid

04-23-2014: AOS mailed next day

05-14-2014: fake checklist for civil documents

Called and was told AOS was reviewed and accepted

05-16-2014: IV documents scanned in

05-19-2014: another check list asking for civil docs.called and confirmed.

05-23-2014: called for update. There just waiting to review the package scanned in on

06-13-2014 CC

06-24-2014 called and recived interview date

06-25-2014 interview. Email

08-05-2014 interview

08-05-2014 APPROVED

IT CAN TAKE CLOSE TO A WEEK FOR YOU TO GET THE WAYBILL. I GOT MINES 1 DAY SHORT OF A WEEK....
