It says it's OK. That's why I am asking the other people, what they think.

And we have plenty of other pics in various settings? different cities and places - the number of 62 totally, with my fiancee's family as well.

Imagine worst case scenario: Your package gets lost in transit and those pictures end up in hands of some pervert or something like that... Seriously, not a good idea.

62 photos with friends and family is *more* than enough. You don't need to up that number with "intimate" shots.

I wonder how often they get those... they've probably seen all sorts by now. But still - stay tasteful. Consider - are the photos you're discussing the sort that a person would ordinarily get chastised for viewing on a work machine in an office (nudity, sex scenes etc.)? If so... keep them to yourself.

i also recall a past thread where the couple submitted intimate chat logs and the CO made the beneficiary read the raunchy sections aloud. don't put your fiance through the stress of potentially being humiliated by the CO at the interview.

That makes sense, Harpa, I have to agree here. I wasn't sure myself as to the whole picture thing, but intimate pictures is a sort of line that also shows desperation. Truly sorry, but intimate pics are not the way to go here. Show Birthdays and events, a date night that you shared, etc.

Yup... I think the OP would be seriously scrutinized. And no one who loves their spouse would want to expose them that way to strangers. And, at least in our case, when my wife went to her naturalization interview, the IO had her entire file, including all the pics I sent over the years, right there on his desk, and he went through it in front of us looking at the pics and commenting on various ones. Can you imagine sitting across the desk from an IO as he views your spouse in compromising poses? And he commented on what people do in sending pics that send up red flags indicating fraud. He was happy to see that we had so many pics, taken over time as was obvious, of just LIFE... together. Not obscene, just regular events of life.
