No you file for Removal of Conditions not Adjustment of Status. You need to file form I-751 before the 2-year green card expires. You can file 3 months out from the expiry date.

You will have to file for Removal of Conditions (I-751) within the 90 days prior to the expiration of her GC. If she wants to apply for citizenship, the earliest date for filing would be 90 days prior to the 3-yr anniversary date of her permanent resident anniversary date (sounds like October 2015, in your case).

You can check the specific dates with this tool: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html

Those that enter with a CR-1 spousal visa do not file for adjustment of status, since they become permanent residents after entry. They still need to file for ROC within 90 days of their green card expiring though. Guide here > http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide
