Well, the I-130 is on it's way to Chicago.
Thanks to everyone here for the help and information. With any luck at all, the time until my son can get here will be shorter rather than longer. I spoke with his teacher back home and she has noticed a change in his school work lately. She talked to him about it and he said he's just kinds bummed. He didn't think it would take so long to be able to move here. K -------------------- LPR since 2003 and will be applying for Naturalization soon. Currently working on I-130 for my son.
