As I fill out the g325-a, do both the petitioner and the applicant need to fill out forms with their information or only the forgein fiance? Both of you fill out the G325A for the initial petition. Later when adjusting status only the beneficiary is required to do so. -------------------- K1[Denied] K3/K4, CR-1. CR-2,, AOS, Adoption, I-751, N-400.

As I fill out the g325-a, do both the petitioner and the applicant need to fill out forms with their information or only the forgein fiance? The petitioner submits a G325a for themselves and one for the beneficiary. Each needs to bear the original signature of the applicable person. Generally the "filling out" of the beneficiary's form is done by the US Citizen based on information they gather as needed. In actuality, nobody cares who fills out forms as long as they bear correct information and are legible. Who signs, is what is important. |

In actuality, nobody cares who fills out forms as long as they bear correct information and are legible. Who signs, is what is important. This is true and I agree that the US citizen should do this. I strongly suggest you have only one person throughout this process fill in ANY form. This should be someone who has studied the process and understands what they are doing. The other person should apply their signature as needed. Have your fiancee send you a FEW blank, signed, G-325a forms. YOU fill them out. KEEP the unused and signed ones in case something comes up lost and you won't be spending a fortune to Fedex more with her signature. If possible, always get several copies of anything requiring her orignal signature, just in case. -------------------- Gary and Alla
Click on "my timeline" and it is there. Takes up too much space in the signature area. http://www.tonnmodel.com/models/AllaP/ |
